This book would be useful in the hands of both gaming enthusiasts as well as finescale modeler or diorama builder. Which I was a little disappointed about. I really enjoyed the first book, I know it pushed some forgeworlx and methods forgewlrld I had been playing at.

Hopefully I can get my hands on this copy too! If you are interested in any of the specific models painted or the techniques used then you will find this a very useful purchase. However, upon reading the first installment of Model Masterclass I was inspired to try out new things and approach painting with the kind of gritty realism seen in the book.
You could spend a good deal of time mastercclass one project working on one aspect of it until you figured it out and had the results you wanted.
I think it is good that the writers are using whatever paints they feel will get the best results rather than simply pushing the Mssterclass range.
The big thing though was it the back it said they were all AFV guys in thier spare time. We may receive commission if your application for credit is successful.

Review: Forge World’s Models Masterclass volume 1
I’ve only come close once with really getting into a technique and that was with Object Source Lighting. Overall I really liked this book, the information contained should be useful for new painters and veterans. The models are then given several translucent coats of paint in order to tint the basecoat and build up the colour of the vehicle.
I missed the release date for it and now I must wait a long while before I can order the new one, but the first one was so much good material that I simple love it. Phil and Mark go over how to super detail your kits, adding a ton of extra goodies using items that many people have laying around the house.
That book was the first place I saw MIG powders. There’s always the official GW conversion chart though right? Book 2 is a Must Must buy.

Conversely, because the book builds on the previous one, anyone who buys volume 2 without having first read volume 1 may not get the most out of the second volume.

The guides are very clearly masterclaass and should prove easy to follow.
